Love this storage unit company. Having my doubts never heard of the company before and always thinking public storage was way to go. Well I'm here to tell you that's not so you do not have to pay top dollar to get top service. They are the most price reasonable storage unit in Ontario Upland area. The manager Jesse Verdugo Main and not smile as often as I felt wasn't needed during our transaction or come off extremely personable but in the end of the transaction when all is done and said he was all those things I just named. Jesse went above and beyond to accommodate my fiance Eric to transfer out of a unit that he had shared with a friend who didn't pay and they almost got locked out. But Jesse extended the time and helped Eric find another identical unit there at a better rate. In a matter of minutes my fiance went from having his stuff put up for auction and the bolt cut off his container because his partner didn't carry their into the bill and the container unit was in her name only. But Jesse went above and beyond to make sure that this was done legally Unwound the deal and got Eric at of the unit made her be responsible her share and his his own so in the end of solution was found and made satisfaction to all. He even extended his moving date due to the holiday and the facility being closed. He extended the days at a fair rate that we all agree upon. So this huge mess that I thought was going to cost us $400 just to even walk out of there with my fiance's merchandise and storage items only ended up being $130. For the same size Locker on the ground outside with open the garage door easy access. Due to specials that the company offer Jesse once again went above and beyond to accommodate her needs. Jesse is definitely an asset to this company. I myself not meeting a storage company or only using once had no idea how much paperwork. Such of this nature of business and the size of the facility it's not that big but it is a lot of work people are in their day in all hours complaining, or paying a bill or wanting to rent a truck or wanting to upsize downsize their facility you see all those storage spaces and everybody has their own story and this gentleman accommodates everyone's needs. He is an asset to the company and should be acknowledged by corporate. I ask Jesse how long have you worked here it's crazy I myself being a college graduate with an accounting degree and human resource manager know the Troubles of employees and the inside and out of running a business smoothly and keeping everybody happy. And Jesse is only one person and he's doing an excellent job. He has been with the company 7 years which tells me it's time Jesse owns his own facility and that the company assist him in providing him with a fair rate to receive one because with his mentality and his work ethics he could only grow this company. It's refreshing to see somebody with a brain, class and style and manners running a storage unit facility. I myself even thought I wouldn't mind working here just because it's so organized and he's got that ship running tight. I do bookkeeping also and could be an asset to the company but I'm not looking for a job right now but if I were I would hit him up for part-time bookkeeping just knowing he runs that place so tight the books will be clean and I myself am a good solution expert just by the fact of running an HR department of 300 Floyds another words I'm an adult daycare provider for a major corporation and have to find results solutions that make everybody happy in the situation. And that is what I found Jesse to do so therefore he gets four stars I don't feel any company is a five-star company unless my name's on it. LOL I can't give him 5 Stars when I just started doing business but the two days I have so far we're Pleasant and professionally handled. My only advice to Jesse is to smile a little more and to welcome to customer a little friendlier not that you're rude your two matter of fact and two business light customers want to feel welcome and unfortunately the customer's always right in business.I'm

This place was good intill. Rats and roches and that new so called manger Paula came to the picture has has no customer service and to top it of she lies to customers and makes fun of them she has no work ethics this place will loose so much customers for this but then aging they will not care for no one. I have asked to take to her supervisor and she started to laugh at me she like you could come and see im the only one here plus

*WARNING* If you value your belongings do not store them here! This facility is completely infested with rats and roaches. I stored my items here and after the 3rd month I noticed rat droppings on top of my boxes. I immediately notified Paula the manager and she was completely unapologetic. She even went as far to tell me that I should have initially expected there to be some type of "activity" when placing my items in storage, they spray every so often and if my items were infested it's not their problem. I complained to the owner and all they offered was extra time for me to move my things out. I had to examine and re-box every salvageable item. Biggest roaches I've ever seen. Rats jumping out of the boxes as we moved them. Couches, electronics, sentimental items all destroyed. My husband and I are absolutely heartbroken. I would give this place zero stars if I could.
