The staff are all very kind and patient. They were very informative and if they didn't know the answer to a question we had they found us an answer quickly. Place has gone down hill big time.
Not only will they call you three times in 1 minute. One of the employees even got into my tax information without my consent. 
Asked if I knew what i was getting back, and i said yes and how much, then managed to tell me exactly when my direct deposit date was.
Had to have went through my car lease there to get my social, since I was never asked about it or if it was fine to check. Apparently, what you drive,even if it isn't their car is part of their business to know. Have refused to let me speak to someone else when asked. Oh and being hung up on by an employee is always great service.
