The worst car repair shop ever!!! Had an appointment to drop my car off and no one is even here. Pouring down rain and I'm outside. I'm pissed!!

As a woman, I'm afraid of car repairs and car shops. Michael made me feel comfortable and advised me of all of my options. I felt I got an affordable price and I was completely satisfied with my break/rotor repair!

I found Michael and his crew almost by accident. Traveling from NC to CT when I broke down. Long and crazy story short, I needed a whole new engine and had related issues (naturally). But they took very good care of me and my Beetle. Just picked it up and it's driving like a brand new car!! Their customer service was excellent, too. Michael knows his stuff, was very professional and personable,  open and honest, and also gave me excellent prices on EVERYTHING. Absolutely couldn't beat it. If you break down, anywhere, call him!! Heck, I'm coming back 200 miles just to let him handle my oil changes!! ;) Thanks, Michael (and Kelvin and Lola!!)
