The customer service here has always been excellant! Tim, the GM, is all about making sure the customer is satisfied. Every time I come for an oil change or a car wash I notice that he is on top of the service that his employees are giving the customers vehicles. If there is ever an issue he is more than happy to take careof it right then and there. 
I would recommend this establishment to anyone!!

The customer service is outstanding!  Umar, one of the guys you talk to was very nice, patient and helpful while I made my selections.  He answered any and all questions I had.  Tim, the GM, happened to walk by and was particularly nice and accommodated all my needs within my budget!!  The man up front who checked me out was nice and polite as well.  My SUV is pretty up there in age and came out looking brand new!!!  I couldn’t be happier and will recommend CarSpa to everyone!  Thank you guys for being so helpful!!

Richard, Tim, Gerardo, Adrian, Josh (one of the drivers), and Tray (Greeter) are the best and excellent when it comes to washing my car. When ever I come I leave very satisfied that my car is properly washed. When ever they are on the carwash area I know my carwash experience is going to always exceed my expectations. The employees that they have under them always are hardworking and I always see the managers always working with there guys on how to properly do a cleaning task or always give them pointers on how to better clean an area if needed to. If it wasn't for the guys mentioned I don't think I would have ever chose to come back to this carwash. I know I'm going to be taken care of at the CarSpa no matter how dirty my car may be or how busy they are, the service is always 100% excellent customer service. I am a fastpass holder and I know that it is worth the money. Daisy and Fernando inside the CarSpa lounge are always positive and ready to offer excellent customer service.

Been bringing my truck in for years.  Very disappointed that my truck had leaves in the bed and they asked me to go back home and get them out to get my wash.  So, I have to wash my own truck, then come back and pay for a wash is pretty much the request.   Then, why would it make sense for me to pay?   Instead of driving home, drove myself to a real car wash and replacement.   Business needs to earn my business
