Great no pressure place to buy. After buying my first car at Carbiz, they were the only place I wanted to go to get my second car. I have bought both from Carbiz and couldn't be happier with the service and the simplicity of the process. There is never any pressure to buy, but if you do decide to buy they make it so easy, you won't spend hours waiting for finance or running different scenarios. The finance and sales team work close together to give you the scenarios you ask for and prepare you to buy your new car. During both my car buying experiences I think I spent less than an hour in the dealership and everything was prepped for me. I would highly recommend that if they have a car in stock you are interested in using this dealership. You will be amazed at how easy the process is and it makes buying a car enjoyable. Both times I have bought a car my salesperson (Sam, highly recommended) point out the strengths and weaknesses of the car. They also explain the package that the used car has and how that compares to other options. I appreciate that the staff recognizes and takes into consideration your time and availability.

They took the time to listen, help us find something that we liked, and worked with us to set a payment plan we can handle. There was no pressure or pushy sales people, and Tim was very patient dealing with us. The atmosphere of the dealership is very comfortable with arcade games and ping pong to keep you entertained while waiting on paperwork. I am happy with my new car. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Carbiz to anyone.

Last month, I purchased a car at Carbiz and I was very impressed by all the staff, particularly Kevin in sales, Brian Shriver, the finance manager .... everyone! There were no hidden costs, no smooth talk. Cool atmosphere, Fast and professional service and a painless experience. Totally impressed and I would definitely buy another car from carbiz. Love my ride! Customer for life!

I couldn't be happier with the experience I had at Carbiz. From the first contact to driving away in my new car, everything was quick, easy and no hassle. The showroom and lot were clean and organized, and I got a great car at a great price. Sam Sarris was a pleasure to work with, and I would buy from Carbiz again and recommend them to family and friends.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The building was clean and comfortable, and had 2 arcade style video games to entertain younger guests. The purchase process was smooth and efficient start to finish. I would definitely buy from this company again. I worked with Dani Miller and she was excellent.
