The House Special is particularly good. While Carbone's is a chain restaurant, it's a Minnesota based chain, and it maintains a "local place" feel to it. Square cut (as it should be) greatness and plenty of toppings. Great the next day, cold or reheated. Never had any issues with the service or delivery, always straight ahead and friendly. I've eaten there, got it delivered, and picked it up for ten years now. The anitpasta salad is also recommended.

I wasn't sure if they'd deliver to south st paul after reading reviews but they did and even came to the truck stop I'm at. The guy who took my order was friendly as well, unlike reviews of bad customer service. He said my order was going to take an hour which was fine, but the driver managed to get here a lot sooner and was also super friendly. The calzones are different than the ones at the Bloomington location, but still good. Will definitely order again from this location when im here.

Restaurant prices here on the website menu DO NOT match the menu pricing if you order over the phone or eat on site. YOU ARE CHARGED MORE ! ! ! ! Example : The price shown for the House Special on their website is $17.75, but they actually charge you $20.02. I checked the menu and every item is upcharged. When I called to inquire, the manager was extremely rude and never even kept quiet long enough to listen to me and he actually said to go somewhere else - which is exactly what I intend to do.

Wonderful experience. Pizza has plenty of cheese and a nice ratio of toppings. It was also just the way I ordered it as im a fuss budget when it comes to too much sauce. I did have an issue with them forgetting to add my coupon to my online order BUT after calling the manager, he was already aware that a mistake was made and he not only sent the driver back with the correct change, but they gave us a healthy portion of assorted cheesecake bites as an "im sorry" for the mistake. ( was a $10 difference or else I wouldn't have made an issue out of it). What would REALLY help, and Im sure make these types of things so much easier on the staff there, would be if the parties that be who are responsible for their website would update it so there is a place specifically for coupon codes. I can see where if its mad busy, it can be so easy to overlook a noted coupon code buried someplace under one of the notes.

Some exceptions, but customer service standards very low overall. Was told 15-20 min on pick up order. After waiting 45 min, was told it would be ANOTHER 10 min. I apologized and said I couldn't wait any longer as I'd be late for work. Man actually started screaming at me in front of the entire restaurant. All staff & customers staring at me. It was humiliating & unprovoked. Like many others, quite disappointed they won't deliver to South St Paul. It's NOT far. I'm literally a block and a half out of range. Family loves the pizza, or I'd never bother with them again.
