Having been there for the first time yesterday the process here is a bit confusing.  I paid for a small success and wheel dressing.  The vehicle was barely acceptable for a total of 5 guys touching it.  There was very little time spent on vacuuming and the 5th door area wasn't touched.  The tires were dressed as requested but the rims still contained most of the dirt they went in with.  None of the bugs were removed.  The passenger side dash and floorboard were still dirty.  Upon calling, I was told that the 5th door is treated as a trunk and you have to request it to be vacuumed.  Why couldn't the intake person tell me and ask me if I wanted the 5th door vacuumed?  I was told yeah, we can't be expected to get all of the brake dust off the wheels.   When you've got 4 grown men each working one tire a piece i absolute expect all the brake dust to be wiped off, especially  asking for the tire dressing.  
I  wouldn't recommend this place.

First time I've ever had bad service. Something was taken put of my car.. Not of high value, but it was mine.  They did an awful job vacuuming,  to the point where I had to go do it myself.  My tires we're half cleaned.  The ending staff that does the cleaning part of it are all new.  I gave them a $5 tip in their silver box, just because I always do.  But,  never again!  Smh...
