I arrived at 8:25 this morning to have a simple blood draw. After signing in, I waited 1 hour and 25 minutes to get registered. The two ladies at reception were very nice, but no one showed up to register people for lab and Medical assistance. Once I was registered, I was told to go to the lab and I was the only patient back there with three technicians sitting with nothing to do. One lady came in while I was waiting and she was experiencing chest pain, she was told to go to the ER because there would not be a doctor until at least 9:30, that was the scheduled arrival time. Why have your hours posted as open with no doctor there? Very inefficient staffing and procedures.

Got in quickly. Son was diagnosed with sinus and chest infection but would not do anything until it got worse. Told us to come back then. All about the money not patiant care !!

The dr. Gave me a complete check up. The wait time was extra long but i was informed of this when i walked in.

The service was actually quite quick, however expectations about payment for services were not clear prior to giving consent to be serviced. I paid out of pocket because I was out of network. At the time of service I paid $151.00 with the knowledge that "some additional fees may apply." The bill for the additional lab fees arrived a couple of weeks later with a $1,099.00 price tag (about $366 per "entirely routine" test). After calling and negotiating I ended up paying less than half of that because I agreed to pay all at once, but I still feel fleeced by the organization. Had I known what "some additional fees" could amount to when I showed up I would have refused the service and returned to my network.
