I have now used the center twice and each time I have had the best care. One daughter needed a last minute physical and 20 min later we were done. Just recently my other daughter needed an xray after a fall, they said no problem. Less than 40 min later we had results and were out. No work time missed and they were so kind and efficient.

The provider (Stephanie?) does not know the difference between a canker sore and an infected tooth even after I told her it was infected (I have a history) she told me I was wrong. When I told the provider (Stephanie?) that it was infected and asked her if she was sure it was a canker sore because I was having tooth, gum, and ear pain her reponse was "yeah I'm the provider that's why you come here to see me".  This morning I called my dentist to try again to get in to see him and he said I have an infected tooth and gum and he gave me antibiotics. This provider was not helpful, she was arrogant, and completely misdiagnosed me.

Update: the manager called me and apologized. She was kind and understanding. She stated that this is not like CareSpot and she refunded the cost of my visit in full. Thank you!

I made an appointment today for a severe (tears coming out of my eyes pain) sinus headache. I even called ahead and explained to the guy that answered the phone why I was coming (sinus headache). I drove well over an hour round trip and nobody in the clinic bothered to tell me they do not treat headaches until after I paid.  I am clueless as to why they can't treat a sinus headache.  Stephanie, the nurse practitioner that "treated me", as there was no real DR. on site, did not even listen to my primary concern, my headache.  She seemed incredibly unconcerned with my pain. She actually prescribed me antibiotics that she acknowledged I don't even need. She told me I might need them in the future and I could just put them in my medicine cabinet in the meantime. This was a total waste of time and money. I will be filing  a charge-back with my credit card but I will never recoup the time wasted and the frustration I experienced while in a lot of pain. In closing this place is a joke. They are all about business and prescribing drugs, not actually helping their patients. Skip this place and go to a real Doctor.

I had to visit Care Spot, my first time visiting, but I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helping the staff was. I walked in I was greeted by a smiling face from the lady behind the front desk and the lady that assisted me was as sweet as could be!!! Thank you guys for being awesome I was I had visited you guy sooner!!!!

Scheduled an appointment. They said its quicker. So much for that. Still waited over 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. To even get seen. This is terrible
