I cannot review Mr. Cargill's practice accurately because I have not seen or spoken with him since he was appointed as my attorney. However his assistant ( whoever answers the phone) is a very sarcastic and easily irritated woman who does nothing but leave Mr. Cargill notes on his desk about cases he may or may not look into. After repeatedly calling their offices I have made no progress on my case with Mr. Cargill and do not know when or if he will be calling me back before my scheduled court date. This is due to the lack of communication between the lawyer himself and his secretary. You can't choose your court appointed lawyer but if you get placed with this one be prepared to be overlooked.
