I too have been a loyal customer of Cari's for many years, and wouldn't have it any other way! To this day, I am continually amazed by both the prompt service & excellent customer care that Cari and her team always provide! A business like that is just too hard to find anymore.

Cari has been my insurance agent for years!  She has always been there for me and makes me feel like family.  

She has even helped support various special needs events around town.  Proud to be able to call her my agent.

I called her few days ago and asked for auto quote. She answered the phone and told me that she has a computer problem, and we all know what that means. She told me that she will call me back within 1 or 2 hrs with the quote. Many days later....no call from Cari Fallen. She is a joke.

Everyone at this agency is fantastic and if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.  I had terrible experiences with two previous insurance agencies on the most basic requests, and Cari's team has handled every request quickly and without errors.  Even last minute, odd requests are handled with amazing precision and fast responses.  If you want to do business with State Farm, this is the agency you want to use!
