Food is delicious! Jerk chicken is spicy, flavourful and tender. Goat curry and oxtail were both tender and flavourful. Roti is soft. The food was just excellent. Will definitely be going back next time I'm in Hamilton. I wish I ordered an extra side of coleslaw. Everything is also certified Halal. One big suggestion is to order ahead as you'll have to wait quite a bit. I did have to wait 45 minutes to an hour for my take-out but IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT!!!

Not a place. Not at all what I had expected. Small location. Not a big menu, But good food. That will leave you full and satisfied. Only draw back is they take cash only and they don't have a ATM. So, you will have to run across the street to RBC to get cash if you don't have any on you. had to do that a few times.

Great food, generous portion, but terrible service. If you have the time and patience for service, the food is very well worth the wait. But you're expecting friendly fast service, you won't find it here. There is probably only 1 or 2 staff(s) in the kitchen, and only 1 person at the register taking orders. She is probably overwhelmed by the popularity of this restaurant that she does not bare much happiness in her. They definitely need more helping hands. For potential customers, go early in the evening for your food because curry (part of the roti) runs out fast!

Couldn't resist the delicious smell of Caribbean food when we attended Sidewalk Sounds on Concession. There is a small eating area and most patrons were waiting on take out. Order at the counter as you walk in. Be warned! The portions are massive. And so delicious. We ordered a chicken curry roti and an order of curry chickpeas on rice. We got 6 meals out of 2 dishes!!! The chicken curry had chunks of chicken and potatoes in curry sauce that had a mild heat,all wrapped in a roti. Would definitely order this again. The curry chickpeas in rice was a great vegetarian dish, loved the flavour of the potatoes, I think they made the dish. Great place to stop in and bring dinner home. We waited about 20-25 minutes for our order. Will definitely return to try other dishes.

I love my girl that works here Got to know her a bit and always a friendly greeting when she recognizes me even if its been awhile She cooks amazingly delicious food that leaves an amazing taste in your mouth and makes you want to go back for more. I always grab extra food to take to work the next day I always recommend to all my friends and brag about how good the food is. l also brought my boyfriend here and he was skeptical at first but he loved it and wanted to go back to bring extra back home with him. Everytime he comes to see me he wants to come here Shes the only place ill come to eat jerk chicken, curry, ox tail.. Etc in Hamilton Keep up the amazing work B :D
