I've gone to this location multiple times and my order has been blatantly incorrect each time. Shame on me for not double checking my order before driving away. I initially thought it was growing pains as this is a relatively new location, but at this point it seems like it's due to poor training of staff and a lack of dedication to detail and ensuring each order is correct. Finally, management should be aware that this is a popular location. It shouldn't take 25 minutes on a Sunday morning to get a bagel. Understaffing is a huge problem that needs to be addressed. I will not be going back to this location.

Great costumer service at this location. Thomas is at the top of the board and makes returning to this location will worth the visit. Thanks for the great coffee!

Absolutely disgusted with the LACK of professionalism at this place. Had a problem with Nick the Manager. I’m traveling and hurrying to Denver airport. Pulled over for a quick coffee Two different people served me to get me a cup of coffee and 3 little bagel bites, my phone rang as food arrived. I left. I had a receipt but thought CC was with it. I called up to see if they had it when stopping for fuel for Rental car and noticed it gone. So instead of sharing ANY responsibility for not giving me credit card back, bluntly said it was MY fault for leaving without it. I asked for his Supervisors name. I’m in the midddle of a trip, so it’s critical and cannot return the 30 miles. And he could not mail it to me. But without skipping a beat, told me to have a good day and he HUNG UP ON ME. Unbelievable. How DARE you. Not even an “I’m sorry, I can’t help you” Simply repeated , It was MY fault.. F*** you, Nick with earings in your nose!!! A’Hole!!!

Great food and atmosphere. Fun. Poor service usually. A bit more expensive than it should be.

Yes, there is always a bit of a wait. HOWEVER, the staff is friendly even when they are running around SUPER busy. My order has always been right and great tasting. Given some time, flow will get better and the wait time less. This is a fairly new location, after all.
