Workers are either clueless or just plain liars! I had signed up for the Caribou Rewards on my phone app and received a free drink. So I went in I believe on a Monday to get a dark roast coffee. I was told they didn't have any roasted that day, no biggie. Went back Tuesday, this time the lady remembered me and said they still didn't have dark roast. This kind of concerned me cause every coffee place I've ever been to was never our of dark roast, let along two days in a row! So I left again, and decided to give them another shot Thursday, only because I wanted to use my free drink before it expired and I only had a day left to use it. This time I went in on a Thursday and there was a different lady. She asked me what I wanted and I told her a dark roast, she said that this is the closest we have to a dark roast, and it was a light roast. I could read the sign that said light roast, but I just humored myself that I was told a bold face lie like that. So I got my free coffee and went on about my way. Horrible service!

This is a pretty good little coffee shop. it's in a Hy-Vee, and there's not much room to sit in enjoy yourself. But it's okay. The coffee is very good and the prices are reasonable. It's worth stopping if you want a cup of coffee.

They have great coffee and a good selection.   Have never had a bad experience there.  Too bad they are leaving.   Wish they could stay.

Always nice people at this Caribou shop in HyVee. Mondays often are 1 dollar for medium coffee. And it's always good.

Excellent service from everyone! Definitely grateful that they are in the area. Hy-Vee should switch all stores to Caribou Coffee instead of the competitor.

They force the mask, however they do not clean between ringing ppl out. The belt and pay area are not cleaned between people checking out. Carts are not cleaned and no wipes to do so.

I received great service. My barista was attentive to my needs and the needs of my children. My drink was delicious. And I got it in a timely manner.

I like the place. Taste of coffee depends on the staff  of adding the right measures of ingredients.  Better than starbucks.

Unfortunately  they are closing. The store is remodeling  and usually a starbucks is put I  but they have two within close distance so they will no longer have a shop I side hyvee

Fast and not over priced you don't have to go to Starbucks I mean though if you love Starbucks then. That's your opinion not mine so that is that
