Good coffee and service. This is the Caribou I go to if I'm planning on staying to read or check emails - they have a nice seating area with a few cushioned chairs and a fireplace (albeit decorative), as well as some outside seating. Good atmosphere, at least for a Caribou.

They make a pretty good coffee, baristas seem to stay a while, so it's not always a newbie making you drink. Sometimes they add all they frills to your drink as prescribed by corporate, but if you ask they will add the right whip, sprinkles, and bean on top.

Delicious coffee! Perfectly prepared sandwich, but no one seems to know how big an inch-and-a-half room is for the coffee.  Had to get back in line to ask for more to be poured off. Fast and friendly, even with only 2 staff at 9am.

It is clean and quiet. The staff knows what they're doing and are very patient with me because I don't have that much experience with all these fancy coffees.
