I had a great experience with Carl Black in Hiram. I found the vehicle I wanted and it was really easy to work Hunter to get the vehicle price negotiated and my trade in value where I was happy. 

Hunter was very professional, not too pushy, and truly wanted to make sure I was going to be happy with the deal. I was impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle and its features and my wife even commented that he was one of the most polite and respectful young man she had done business with in a while.

My dealer was professional, but everything else fell short. I was told all of their cars have this flashing light relay installed which they charge you $400 for (the relay is $5-20 online) which I argued that I didn't want, but they said it was already installed. 

About a month later I found out my brake light wasn't flashing as they said it would. They did tell me they would install the relay, but I am having a hard time trusting them after this. 

Lastly, the accounting guy was incredibly unprofessional and seemed very untrustworthy.

My husband and I have purchased 2 vehicles from Carl Black in Hiram in the past 6 months, both times receiving superior service.  This last time our salesman Hunter Robinson, was extremely knowledgeable and eager to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase.  Not only did he thank us for purchasing our 2015 Toyota 4Runner, he has called on 3 different occasions just to follow up and make sure we are still 110% satisfied.  We highly recommend going to see Hunter...he will make you feel welcomed too!

I went online to look at the inventory of used cars. I was able to get a quote on my trade and estimate my payment all while online. When I went to the dealership, I was greeted by Debbie Talbot. I told her what kind of car I needed and what I wanted my payment to be. She worked with me until we were able to get a new car with an even lower payment than I asked for. I also got top dollar for my trade in. Debbie and Mark both made sure I understood my agreement and was satisfied with my purchase. I left with a nice new Chevrolet and a low payment! I'm super happy with my experience. My only regret was that I didn't go to the dealership sooner.

We purchased a vehicle from Carl Black in Hiram from out of State and could not ask for an easier long distance buying experience. John Cuprowski was an awesome salesman and answered our phone call every time we called. The vehicles were shipped back and forth and our purchased vehicle arrived in the excellent condition John said it was in. He stayed committed to the sales deal even after our trade in made it to their lot. Thank you for an excellent buying experience, we love our new vehicle!
