Carl is amazing! 

All of the other reviewers are spot on. We were interested in purchasing a home in the city of La Verne and met Carl at a open house. He was patient, understanding, professional and humble. He promised he would sell our current home and get us into the house we loved, and he   did just that in record time! On top of that Carl exceeded our expectations and sold our house 20K over asking price setting a new price/sqft record! He always made himself available via phone answered every call and spent time answering all questions we had regardless what time it was.  In the end, we were able to purchase a fantastic home at a great price in La Verne Heights, complete with a view of the mountains.  We wouldn't think of
using any other realtor, Carl is by far one of the top realtors in the US and look forward to working with him again.
