Carl Hart is amazing and the Best Bike store on Long island thanks to Darren and his wonderful staff of professionals -= they really went out of there way to help find a bike for my friends son -amazing racing bikes as well as all bikes for the family- Thank you Carl Hart We really Appreciate It Christian Nielsen and Cathy Miller

Got my first ever bike from this place yesterday. Very informative guys here and didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need. I had some worries about my weight and the bike I wanted but I came out with a nice MTB that I loved and was fairly priced. I was really annoyed that I couldn't just take my bike with me the minute I got it but I did some research and this is normal since they have to assemble your bikes, so I don't fault them at all. I loved the place and will be going back to get some gear soon.

Stopped in to find some new grips for my son's 12" bike. They had exactly the grips we needed, and within a few minutes they were installed and ready to go. Great staff, friendly service, well worth the trip. Much easier than the guess and check approach we'd have to take to find just the right part online.
