Trying to sell you stuff that you don't even want, leaving to laminated sales sheet out telling them to tell you that someone else is looking at the car, telling you that stuff needs to be repaired when it doesn't. One guy had me drive in for a truck that had a diesel and it was a gas burner when I got there. Parts are cheaper just 10 miles away at Mitchell, service is better 40 miles away at Carlock, and the vehicals are cheaper anywhere but here. Don't think about financing from them, even if you have the most perfect credit possible. You will end up with extremely high interest rates. Have tried to deal with them several times. And cars are cheaper out of state(yes I know you have to pay taxes when you bring them back however you have to pay taxes when you buy them from here and the bank will include taxes in with the loan if out of state)

I had a great experience at Carl Hogan! I hadn't bought a car in 10 years. I never thought that I would own an SUV or buy an other car besides a Nissan; I was wrong! I love my 2017 Chevy Equinox! The safety features are amazing! I love the look and feel of the Equinox. I feel safe and comfortable. I love this car! Thanks, Ray Atkinson! Customer Service is friendly and professional!!!

Outstanding customer service.  I am a frequent buyer from Carl Hogan and have never encountered any problems with their service.  I would recommend (and do recommend) their company to all my friends and family.  I would use for all of my automotive needs.  Dennis McGee has been the salesman I have used on my purchases.  He goes above and beyond to assist in my purchases and follow up maintenance.  Thanks again for all you help!!!

I traded for a Dodge Ram 1500 I've had nothing but problems Dennis Mcgee is a great salesperson but the service dept stinks they done have a clue on what they are doing they can't even fix one walk around like they are lost  I've done put 519.00 dollars worth of tires on this junk now I got to go back to Columbus because I've got an abs pump leaking and oil filter cap trying to leak plus when you put in park it rolls forward about a foot plus the transmission want change out a lot of times and they can't seem to trade because I have a lot of upside in the truck so watch the commercial that says that Carl hogan can turn your upside down right side up they can if you got a lot of money to put down I don't reckon mend this dealership to anyone they don't even keep parts for their vechile they also charged me 184.00 for one tire had to go back pick it up this place doesn't think about I buy the gas for this junk just to take it down there last trip next time I will talk to someone else
