I pre-called these people to see if they could get me in for an alignment they told me yes gave me the price over the phone I drove 45 minutes into town and they told me that they could not get me in until the next day and the lady working the counter is extremely rude and I wouldn't use these people if my car was on fire in front of their shop go a half a mile down the road to Willys auto repair very nice people very professional very good job done would highly recommend

I have been using Carl's Auto for 14 years now. I have NEVER had a bad experience. The people there are always very helpful, and will answer any question I ask. I have NEVER had any reason to question the work that was done, and it has always been done quickly. as far the Review by Matt D, I live in forsyth and I have NEVER had anyone tell me to not go there. They are highly recommended by everyone I know.
