The food here is usually very good. However, I've had a few experiences over the years where the food was prepared too hastily.  This resulted in my burgers missing ingredients and in one case the food was completely wrong, and cold.  But, with that said, I have not had problems like that for over 18 months or so. The employees are generally helpful, knowledgeable and respectful, giving that little, "bit" of extra care in customer service. They have an above average menu for fast food. There prices are in the mid -to- high range for dine in and drive through customers. The Ontario, OR  franchise is also very clean and they still have the play room for the kids.

Went to the kids play area. It was awesome for both my kids; 5 and 2. The restaurant itself was not super clean. The food was pretty standard fast food.

Left Arby‘s because of bad food and service and came here very hungry. GREAT food and service we left very happy and full. Thank you Carl's Jr.

Been to this place a couple times. I've had no issues. They normally have your order ready in a timely manner.

Fairly clean. Good option to bring the kids when its to hot outside. Has an indoor play area with a TV. Down side is the soda machine does not work and the dispensers no longer have had sanitizer.
