Absolutely terrible.  The cashier appeared to be high and the staff in the kitchen completely unprofessional.  It's like watching the Jerry Springer show with complete disregard to the customer audience.  We have been waiting for our food for at least 20 minutes since ordering.  We should have gone to McDonald's next door...  in addition, one of the employees had her boyfriend hanging around which was disruptive to other customers getting their meals as well.  Corporate needs to fire these clowns and replace them with a functional staff.  We have finally gotten our food and the presentation is unbelieveable.  We ordered the lettuce wrapped and 
It's not even wrapped.  It looks like they places a piece of lettuce on each side.  DO NOT EAT HERE!

In the drive through now. Once we got up to the speaker box the lady takes forever to even greet us then when we begin our order she didn't even let us finish the whole sentence before she asked what we said. When we told her we wanted Dr pepper she said "alright so you want crisscuts" now what do you wanna drink?. There was literally two people in the parking lot and one in the drive thru,besides us :/ ...they were all very rude.

Do not waste your money here. Our order is wrong every time, the food is disgusting-even for fast food, and they take forever. Extremely messy presentation, my burger was smashed and had a piece of the patty ripped off and the milkshake was half spilled and had whipped cream everywhere. Went in to have our order fixed and let them know its unacceptable, and couldn't even get anyone's attention at all. People just standing around ignoring customers. It's more pricey than a Burger King or McDonald's, so do yourself a favor and go to one of those instead. This place has absolutely no standard, even for a cheap burger chain

Gross! Wasted my whole break waiting in line.
All the food was rubbery.

The staff was friendly. My chicken tenders were a bit rubbery. The ladies room and lobby were filthy.
