This Carl's is connected to a gas station as well as a Subway. The service is pretty good, a bit slow but they bring the food to your table. Through the drive through they are usually quite stingy with the condiments and napkins. The accuracy is also questionable at the drive through, the orders are usually worth a bag check. The place does burgers and they do burgers quite good. Burgers with bacon, burgers with avacodoes, burgers with chicken. There isn't much they can do wrong with a burger here (except for their veggie burger). Also the crosscut fries are fantastic.

I have had excellent service. It is interesting that the guy, Bill Fisher, who left a bad review has left bad reviews for 18 other fast food restaurants and other organizations including churches and Target. The adjoining gas station asked him to leave. It sounds like he has personal issues and should not take them out in hard working young people just trying to put themselves through college. This gentleman...although he does not behave as such, should learn to control himself.

I’ve been to many Carl’s Jr.’s in my life (I can’t get enough of their Western burger) but this is by far the worst Carl’s Jr. i’ve ever been to. I travel up and down Utah for work and often stop here since it’s right off the freeway. I typical run through the drive thru but decided to go inside and sit down to eat. The poor young lady who was taking orders was the only cashier (and she was doing very well) , when it was my turn to order she asked me to please wait so she could take a drive-thru order and run over there to take the person their food. She apologized for the act but what I saw while I was waiting will forever turn me away from this Carl’s Jr. I am going to assume that since this older woman was in a plaid shirt and had her hair down she is a GM, since their mangers typically wear black shirts. She walked into the back to help the young lady who was cooking and proceeded to make burgers without any gloves, her hair was not in a hair net, and she did not wash her hands before prepping the food. It makes me wonder who else just makes a burger or two with no gloves on, as a GM she is suppose to set an example and that isn’t a very good one. Then after making burgers she began to help the young cashier get orders out (I decided against a burger and just got some onion rings). I watched her skim through the burgers (open them and check inside) again with no gloves to make sure there was no pickles or ketchup, and then put it in someone’s meal and hand it out. I felt so bad for the person but they walked off before I could even mention to them that the food had been touched. The GM also decided that she should reward herself for her ‘hard work’ by taking some fries and eating them before going back to making food. I understand that they are working long hours but she could’ve at least wash her hands. I just couldn’t believe all the health violations this place had while I was there. This is a warning to my fellow Carl’s Jr. lovers, walk away from this place. Over worked staff, rude mangers, and unhealthy work situation. If I decide to come back i’ll be returning at night to the clean and friendly staff who wear gloves. And to the manager who was there when I came and left the cashier alone (I believe the manager’s name was something with a P) thank you for showing me how hard working today’s young is. Your cashier was polite and quick even though she was left alone. Hopefully this place with change their ways with this honest review of their unsanitary work habits.
