I had made a review previously giving 4 stars as I usually get fresh food. Well, the last couple times we've been given old and or cold food and tonight happened to be old and cold and missing food. Over it. When first calling realized they don't even have the correct number on the receipts to call.

Avoid this place. Food is served cold burgers, fries etc.I got a bunch of french fries that were soggy and Below room temperatureIt was awfulAnd of course it's a busy intersection so you can't really turn around and go back and complain because you're stuck in trafficYeah I would avoid this place altogether I will never go back

Jason the General Manager greets us regular customers. It's got to the point where all I have to do and pull out my wallet and give him my money. He makes an effort to consult with his employees to ensure accuracy which my order is every single time.

Service was slow and they claimed to be out of milk shakes. Not my best experience. Ordered 4 meals. 2 had the wrong sandwiches. But they were hot and it was almost midnight after a concert

Took Forever! the drinks tasted like seltzer water, got the order wrong, and the hamburger tasted burnt! Not to mention my kids and I had the worst Tummy aches and had to run to the bathroom afterwards. Won't go back to this place ever again!

Food was great and so was service. Regretfully, they omitted a side order that wasn't discovered until we reached our destination.  Always check your order before leaving.

Pulled into the drive thru on a Saturday night at 10:15 and they thought it was funny to turn the lights off and not help us. Good job Carl jrs you’ve got an A team of workers clearly.

Eat out at ur own risk any were it's all lacking in care and love for fast food workmanship those that do care just can't keep up help em out I used to be a line cook I'm not suggesting this field to anyone let fastfood die out even mcds sucks.
