One of the better Carl's jr. franchises I've been to. The food was correct and as expected. The staff was very friendly and seem to genuinely care about getting your order right. The overall cleanliness of the store was significantly better than most Carl's Juniors I've been to.  They have Froot Loops Donuts. And. They. Are. .

worst.  staying at the hotel and walked over.  dining area locked even though online says open.  drove through to find someone at the drive up window who had walked up to order.  And when ordering fried zucchini were told they do not have ranch dressing for it even though it normally comes with it.  what the heck.

Entered the drive through Saturday 7/9 at 8:45pm. The lights were on when I entered drive-thru. They told me that they were closed and turned the lights out. Two employees were sitting out front smoking.  They are supposed to close at 9pm.  Guess not.

Got the New Bacon Beast Burrito and it was delicious! Plenty of bacon inside to satisfy bacon  lovers. My only complaint is that the tortilla was a little over cooked and dry. Update: it was better the last time I had it. Probably a better cook.

Waited 20 minutes in drive through line for 2 California classics and a 9 piece jalapeño popper. The poppers were over cooked to the point of no fill inside. They are not cheap. Over the last 10 years I seem to have a bad experience every time. Better off going to the one off carrol canyon. 100% better.

Would like to give it 5 stars, but it not quite fine dining. %  carefull about the new suga and creamers. I thought the sugar was a salt and hashbrowns tasted bad with sugar

Absolutely horrible!!! Wasted so much time waiting for them to get me my food and they still couldn’t Manage to give me my right order! But you can charge me for something more expensive right?? How ridiculous! Shut this location down PLEASE!

The staff was very nice but they were having computer issues with the new system and a couple mistakes were made.  And I don't know why, but every Carl's jr refuses to spread the bbq sauce for the western burger evenly, and this place was no exception.  Again the people working were quite pleasant.
