I'd give it a five star but they got rid of my Diablo burger

Seriously, I have never thought i would write a review or complain about a place but the service I recieved here was just so horrible from this location. After waiting 10 minutes to even place my order in the drive thru with only one vehicle infront of me the entire time,  the employee said they couldn't do sides substitutions (like I preferred fried zucchini instead of fries) then eventually figured out that she could. They told me to wait out front. I then waited over 20 minutes for my food. I decided it was time to go back through the drive thru and ask about my food and was told it still wasn't ready. I waited another few minutes then decided to go inside to see what was going on..I saw food sitting on a counter and sure enough it was my food. Thought that nightmare was over, but when I got to my hotel room (6 mins away) the food was STALE cold, the onion rings were pretty much just cold, hard breading. The burgers were cold. All the food was horrible. The only thing that was still warm was the fried zucchini. Bad service, even WORSE food.

Good service and great specials .
  Service surpasses most fast food places

Terrible night crew .
Ignored 10 people in line .30 minutes 
Without explaining why . 
They where busy with drive thru ,
