The receptionists here are the best! Shout out to Laura G. for going above and beyond! My Dr is Dr F. Kramer, I have been seeing her for many years now and trust my life with her! I also see her assistant Erica Sutton at times, she is such an asset to Dr Kramers’ patients! I moved to Champaign from Paxton 4 years ago and I never once thought about switching to another Dr closer in driving distance. I gladly drive the extra miles back to Rantoul as this is my wonderful comfortable clinic! Kudos to the staff!

Dr. Kaplan was very thorough and kind. We didn't have to wait long at all, and he answered all of my questions. Thank you for a good experience!

My Doctor in Gibson City retired and I had to suddenly find a new Doctor to continue getting my prescriptions and stay on top of some health issues. Well, I have been trying to get a prescription refilled that I have been on for years. I put in the refill request before I ran out, almost a month ago. I was called to set up an appointment, no problem I set it up for the date range that they wanted. They said the medication would be refilled. Never was. I have been calling daily for the past 2 weeks trying to get this resolved. I can't get an answer from Carle. Doesn't seem to be rocket science, but apparently it is for them.. I will be switching, and would never recommend using CARLE in Rantoul for anything. I am disappointed beyond words. Now I will spend my weekend in withdrawal due to the nature of this prescription, while I search for a better doctor and one that is not with Carle.Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this facility. A decade ago I used to see another Doctor there and he would tell me that if taking depression medication made me feel 20% better that is all the better that I could ever expect to be, which at that point I immediately left... finding the doctor with Gibson Hospital that I had all this time until he retired earlier this year, suddenly for health issues... at which point he quickly took that 20% to more like 95% better since he understood how to treat depression and anxiety issues. Now I am back in the sinking ship of Carle.
