Curly Hair Artistry International voted Carleen Sanchez as Curl Artist of the Year! Carleen Sanchez owns and operates Northern Nevada’s first and only Wavy/Curly and Thinning hair solutions Salon. Carleen is an Award winning, published hairdesigner who is extremely passionate about curl and color Artistry and the ultimate client experiance. She is trained and certified in a variety of hair cutting methods: a multi-certified color specialist, Carleen is an expert at dimensional color placement, beautiful gray coverage, giving volume to fine hair and is Nevada's curly/wavy/coily hair cutting master. Carleen invests over $10,000 annually in advancing her education to always keep her guests hair as healthy and instyle as possible.

OMG! I've been coming to Carleen for 12 years now and have tried other hair dressers because I am on the road. Other hairdressers cut my hair when it's wet and it ends up all uneven and crazy. It's always worth it to wait for Carleen. She cuts your hair while it's dry and sees your movement, curls and cuts accordingly. The only bad thing is that she is so busy that I have to plan way ahead to get an appointment.

In my 59 years,  have never had anyone take as good care of my hair as Carleen. My hair is at its healthiest and curliest ever. Plus, she is delightful, dedicated, loving and FUN. An appointment with her is a mini-vacation

Carleen does my partners hair and it has always looked gorgeous when it is done. My partner looks gorgeous anyway but after the hairstyle multiply that times two... keep up the good work.
