I had a wonderful experience at the Carl's Patio off of South Dixie Highway. My sales representative, Carlos, was very knowledgeable of the product and was very helpful. He showed us all our options when it came to selecting our furniture and discussed financing options so that we would be satisfied when we walked out of the showroom. We are now enjoying our patio set and would definitely recommend Carl's because the quality is worth it.

I have purchased many items of furniture from Carl's Patio in Miami over a number of years and have never been disappointed. The store manager, Jose Acala, has always assisted me personally with professional and courteous attention, guiding me to make the most of my selection. The added complication of shipping my orders overseas was never a problem and, again, ably managed by Jose keeping me timely informed during the process and checking with me on receipt that everything arrived in good order. I can honestly say that I am a very satisfied and loyal customer!

Just moved to Miami and, I don't have any words to express my gratitude. The politeness, professionalism, and knowledge of Mr Carlos and others at their showroom is incomparable. Delivery service impeccable. I only wish they could have furnished my whole condo. Fantabulous

In April of this year, my wife and I visited the Carls Patio location in the Dadeland area and worked with Jose Alcala, who happened to be the store manager. He was knowledgeable, accommodating and patient while we shopped. After choosing the sectional couch and chair we wanted to buy, we told him that we needed to measure the patio at our home before finalizing the purchase. No pressure was applied. He just offered his help in any way that he could and told us to call him if we had any questions or concerns. Delivery was as advised, the quality was as expected and everything went smoothly. A very positive experience, and we would most definitely shop at Carls Patio again and seek out Jose to work with

It was finally time to renew our outdoor patio furniture, I have a friend who has always shopped there for her outdoor area. Thankfully I love close to the Dadeland area store on US1. I was greeted by Jose Montesino and I have never been happier to deal with a Salesperson. He was what every sales person should be.....Knowledgeable, friendly, creative and NOT pushy......totally worked with my ideas, space, budget and my experience with Jose and the store were awesome! I would highly recommend them to all my friends, they don't just have great people working there, like Jose Montesino, but their furniture is stylish, luxurious, beautiful, and oh so comfy!!!!
