Everything about Buena Park CarMax was the best. Reynaldo was super helpful, and patient with all my questions. He definitely made the process easier, and everything was up front and clear. Been shopping around for a car for a couple of weeks and I ended up here. Best decision ever. Nico and Maria have been super friendly and helpful in finding the car that is bwst suited for me. They were very patient and walked me step by step on how the process works. I still haven't decided on what car to pick but if you're looking for a car, head to CarMax and hit Maria or Nico up!

Absolutely fantastic experience. I was with my girlfriend who is selling her car and it was easy and painless. We had just left a Toyota dealership down the street that was horrendous. So to come here right after that at Carmax was infinitely better. Everyone we dealt with was fantastic and we ended up getting $1,000 more on the offer for the same car then we did at the Toyota dealership. I should also mention it was a Toyota car as well.

I called ahead for a specific car. I was told it was there and we could trade my model for the other model. I drove an hour to get there and the car was 200 miles away. That was their lost leader to get me on their lot. Not happy and my trust is gone. Updating , Su at this location went out of her way to get me the car I wanted and had it shipped in. Unfortunately I had a family emergency and the car was shipped to another location. Huge mix up on why the car showed unavailable and she worked hard to bring it back!  She rocks.
