Recently sold a car here. My fiance and I were having some trouble with a car we had, and were looking to move down to 1 car. Carmax made the whole process for an appraisal very easy and painless. Not too long of a wait. Nice, clean, friendly, open facility and everything was very professional. Got more for our car than we expected, and no issues with the sale. Thank you!

I have never felt more COMFORTABLE buying a car. Would recommend anyone to this place. Was able to see car fax and inspection before buying the vehicle. I feel very safe with my purchase.

Well I must say even though I wasn't the average customer with fairly decent credit the person I worked with was Kristy she kept in touch with me from the very beginning before anybody else she came in on her day off and did the best she could for me to let me know every option and when we were done and she would be there if I needed any assistance in anything else very professional polite just what you need when you're looking to buy a car helpful courteous and kind I think she knew from the very beginning when we started talking it probably wasn't going to work with what I had but she tried so I want to say she did an excellent job even though I did not get a vehicle thank you

I bought a car from this carmax recently, I have to say the experience changed all of the negative views I had about carmax in general, All of which I acquired by reading a lot of reviews and forum posts. My experience was top notch, the process was smooth, clear and stress free. And I absolutely love the car. I guess it's true that sometimes, seeing is believing. I salute you guys, specially Eric, and keep up the good work.

First time there and I would say, it was an okay experience. The sales consultant I had was a bit awkward like he didn’t know how to do things properly. He should of went through everything about the car and make sure everything works and all. I mean, I made sure too but it would be nice if he actually remembers some things that I forgot to check. Like the remote starter didn’t even work. And I wish they were able to do reimbursements within the 60 days of warranty that they had. Overall, I like the car I bought but sucks, I had to replace a new battery and tires within one week of purchase.
