David Greene was my sales consultant.  Great guy.  Very knowledgeable and easy to work with.  I traded in my old vehicle and received a fair offer that was actually above the median Blue Book value.  I honestly don't know if the "no haggle" price is the best I could have done, but it was good enough for me.  The whole experience took less than three hours to complete.  Also, kudos to the care and upkeep of the facility.  The Disneyland of car dealerships.  I would go back again without a second thought.

This is the fourth car my family has purchased from Car Max.  3 in the Sacramento area Car Max and now one In Oregon.  Can't say enough positive things about all 4 experiences.  Drove as many cars as we wanted to with absolutely no pressure.  Knowledgeable, friendly personnel and when we decided on the car we wanted, everything was handled with a minimum of fuss and time expended.  Also, traded in two vehicles and was very happy with the money received for them.  These transactions were over a 15 yr. period and Car Max remains our "go to" place for buying or selling vehicles.  Love these guys!

We had a great experience overall! David Greene was our sales consultant and is a very knowledgeable and no pressure kind of guy. The whole process was seamless from beginning to end. Everyone we had the pleasure of dealing with from our purchase to the sale of our car, was very efficient and made the entire process a breeze. We will be back for future car purchases!

If you are looking for a no hassle car buying experience with reasonable prices and selection, this is the place to go. The sales reps do make money weather or not you buy. Their mission is to get you into a reliable car that works for your budget and lifestyle. They WILL NOT try to over sell you for commission boosts. In fact we test drive a car that we were very interested in, during the final inspection they found some things wrong and said that particular vehicle was not sellable, bummed out but feeling secure that they didn't want to just turn off the lights and sell us a lemon they worked hard to find us something that ended up being way better for us anyway. All in all I highly reccomed.

Once again another fabulous experience. I brought my 2013 Chevy in for because of a failed DEQ from a faulty sensor. They shuttled me back to my home while they diagnosed the problem. (I bought my used car from this location two years ago and purchased the extended warranty) I got a call back same day and was told that my car was finished, so they shuttled me back to the dealership. I was able to pay for my service and get to work on time. They really busted themselves to make it happen. These folks are always a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Janet, Nick, and Pete for expediting this!!
