Careless fees abusing the public who has no leverage.  Terrible late fee that are never waived.. Have not had same experience with other offices.  Careless customer service that will hang up on you if you express disappointment in their work. $11 fee to pay over the phone LOL only in Carmel Indiana.

Love the style of the building 
Check with deferral before you pay a ticket

Despite being there for being a traffic ticket, the building is very nice. Staff was polite and courteous. Judge was also very nice and provided a wealth of information about the process.
