My worst  haircut I have ever experienced ✂. I was in & out less than 10 mins. Charge me $18. My hair was not wet for my haircut, it was all uneven. Had to go some where else so they can fix it. They wet my haIr & layered it & dryer it. The girl said it was all uneven. She took 45 min. Charged me $16.  A Very Expensive haircut for me today. 👎

I'm a guy and I live in San Diego and have a friend in Fresno who lived in the apartment complex across the street from Carmen Cuts. So one day I went to get a haircut. Let me tell you...it was the absolute BEST haircut I've ever had in my life! I'm not kidding either. The shop is simple and Carmen is AMAZING. The worst part of going to get a haircut...for me anyway...is sitting down and being asked "So how do you want it cut?" I hate it because I'm a guy and I'm thinking "I just want it shorter but basically how you see it". When I sat down with Carmen I gave her my usual vague description of what I wanted and before I even finished she understood and started working. She was so nice and comfortable to talk with and before I knew it she was finished...and it looked fantastic! 

I never knew what it was like to have someone who REALLY knew what they're doing cut my hair before. I mean, I thought I had, but after Carmen cut my hair with such ease and efficiency I now know the difference between a professional and an amateur. Over the next three years (yes, THREE) I pretty much planned my visits to Fresno to correspond with my needing a haircut just so I could have Carmen do it. If you haven't tried her I would HIGHLY recommend that you do. Oh and her prices are VERY reasonable!
