Out-of-town traveler needing service on my bicycle, this was the third place I called.  Their price was over 30% less than the other two nearby shops (Performance on Howe and Kinetic on LaSierra being the other 2), and it was clear on the telephone that I was dealing with someone who knew their business.  Quick turnaround with consideration given that I was only in town briefly.  Very satisfied, this would be my regular shop if I lived here.

Location was simply easy to locate

Had an employee help me out 5 mins prior to closing thinking it would be a quick fix and it turned out to be a lot more work. He ended up staying 40 mins after closing time and left my bike running extremely smooth!

Very helpful. Cool people always willing to help you with your bike questions. Have had a couple bikes assembled by them and they sell all kinds of parts, gear, and bikes. They can get you anything bike related.
