No carbonation in the fountain machines, the juice they were selling was one day away from being out of date. The concession stands need some tlc. Employees hang out in groups. Hole building looking run down.

We went to the movies on 12/26/17 to Star Wars at 12:45. There was one person in box. I waited 20 minutes in line there.A majority of the customers were already complaining about the staffing and wait. When we went to the theaters there was no one on ticket post meaning after waiting in line someone could have just walked in the theater and took my seat without waiting or paying.  When we got in, someone brought in Pizza Hut. No theater checks were done during the entirety of the movie.  This to me raises plenty of red flags especially in the concern and situation of an emergency such as an active shooter. After we left they seemed just as busy, theaters were NOT getting cleaned. One side of concessions was open. Manager was on the other side by himself.. Still one person in box at the 4 o clock rush. They stated the fact you could buy tickets in concessions after we had seen our movie. My family went to a movie in October and this was the same occurence. After BEING a theater manager, the operation of this business and building is an entire joke, and freestyle coke machines won't fix it. Prepaid ticket kiosks would help immensely. Being properly staffed would help immensely. This theater running half ass hours and still not being staffed properly is beyond inexcusable.Christmas week minimum is 2 to 3 people in box office, 2 to 3 people on both sides of concessions and 3 to 4 people on door at minimum. AMC needs to address and come up with solutions with the numerous problems at this theater. I rather travel the hour to Helena, and hope a new brand of theater comes to this city. I am sorry we are forced to go here when we want to see a new movie.

Getting better. It surely isn't Carmine level of bad anymore but it still doesn't feel that much better. The flow of the place doesn't make sense, the place looks half kept half not, but the customer service is much better than it has been in years. Two years ago I wrote a review giving this place one star and I would have given it no stars if possible. Now I will barely give it 3 stars as it has improved but there is a lot more to go yet. Thanks AMC for changing some stuff up as I now will happily go back and watch movies in a theatre.

The prices were outrageous. The popcorn was salty and stale. The place is dirty. The lobby is not set up in a convenient way. Horrible experience.

Huge world of difference since AMC took over!  Better trained staff and better customer service.  Much more organized and efficient at the box office and snack bar.  Even the calibration of the projection and sound systems seems to have improved.  Very impressed with this theater in 2017 so far!
