First of all if you can see your movie @ AMC 6 then go there by all means before you go to AMC 12.They have power recliners and you can even move the arm rest in between the other seat and make a loveseat/couch.There is no comparison as far as being comfortable in your seat to the non reclining straight up stadium seats.Now lets get to the main complaint and what should be the downfall of this  theatre.I went to a 5pm show so it was bad but the people in line said it is far worse at 7pm and after shows.When we got there they had everybody funneled starting outside all the way up to the concessions where you had to buy your ticket.This was unacceptable!Look I get it...they want you to buy their jacked up concessions and trying to get you to buy their yearly premiere club passes so you can skip the line.But to do it at the expense of infuriating your customers is not the way to go.Several people just left because the movie had already started.Especially when inside their are several ticket kiosk to the left and right that they purposely left empty making you wait till you got up to concessions to get ticket.When I buy a ticket to go see a movie that is what I want to do!....not wait 30 minutes in a line to tell you No I don't want anything to eat or drink!In my case I had bought mine online and after 15 minutes I said screw this and grabbed my wife and went straight to the theatre my movie was at and sat down. I told my wife if they come and ask about our tickets I'll show them on my phone but was not going to miss half the movie standing in a line for food that I did not want.My question is how many people just walked in without paying after realizing they were missing the movie.This is a totally unacceptable.You have people at the kiosk up front and let the people who don't want to buy junk food purchase the ticket and go sit down.If this persist they will definitely go under.I for one will never go back to AMC 12.....AMC 6 for life for me!

Very roomy, clean. The employees are kind.
They have special discount prices on certain days & times of the day. We enjoyed The Power Rangers & Kong - Skull Island. Kid friendly!
On Tuesdays, Premier Stubs Members pay only $5 per movie - All Day!!

The theatre itself is pricey, along with concessions, like every AMC theatre.

The bathrooms are disgusting!! And half the stalls have broken toilet paper dispensers so the metal lid falls down over the toilet and makes to impossoble to get in and out of the stall. Many stalls were very dirty and lacking in toilet paper. 

Additionally, the last time I visited, I was on crutches and the handicap seats were taken by rude, perfectly able people. The ushers made no attempt to help me. 

Please attempt to crutch up and down stairs,  and through a movie theatre aisle with a cast  on your leg and let me know how that goes for you next time you think about sitting in an accessible seat.

Every time I visit, it's a huge disappointment. Gross and Expensive.

Absolutely the worst experience getting a ticket.  I  and everyone had to wait in a long line to get to the refreshment counter to buy a ticket.  All I wanted to do was see a movie.   We were late getting in because of the length of the line.  I doubt I will be back.   Streaming on line is definitely the way to go.

People put their feet on the back of the chair next to you, very rude. That didn't used to be permitted.  Person three seats down checking her phone with the glare out my peripheral vision disrupting my concentration.As much money as we spent on this money and concessions, I was pretty pieved!!
