Good customer service but the entire theater needs major updates. It smells very old and stale, the carpets are stained in the halls and theater room #8 we were in, a majority of the seats are torn and falling apart and there are some holes and tears on the screen. I didn't even want to check out the bathrooms or get anything from the concessions because of how gross it is in the theater. I understand that customers can be cause of some of this but the theater needs to do a better job keeping up with cleaning and replacing seats that are falling apart. It looks like a place where people go to get bed bugs. It is not worth the money to come here. Either clean up and fix up the place or tear it down and rebuild. Sioux City should be ashamed of this theater. This gives people (especially people from out of town) a perspective that Sioux City must be a dirty city.

Okay. The MAJOR thing that I need to point out is that THIS PLACE IS INFESTED. Thanks to this place, I have head lice. This movie theater has zero air conditioning units (or they're broken 24/7), staff is never friendly when I'm there, prices for movies is outrageous, and one damn slushie is $10. It's a great location, but this place needs to be shut down immediately. Cushions on seats are torn apart badly, seats themselves are broken, I saw one that was literally unusable, smells gross, and I always feel like the staff are eyeballing me and literally everyone else. Staff are pretty unpleasant. Not going to go there. Anyway, when you see this place - run. Run and never look back. Never go back.

This theatre is not in great shape. But it is an old building so not much to blame on the staff. I have great service there. Everyone is really friendly. Popcorn was delicious better than Promenad's in my opinion. Keep up the great service.

The staff was very disrespectful and kept hinting at very dirty things. The janitor said he wanted to "butter my popcorn". Definitely will not come back here again.

This place needs remodeled or closed up if not going to remodeled. Horrible and disgusting smells and dirty. I know I know, movie goers mess it up. Well they do the same at other theaters and they are 100 times cleaner and in good shape. Wont go back. Sad for Sioux City. Promenade will have my business from now on.
