Please don't have unrealistic expectations because we are a small business and,should have better customer service than the department store pharmacies

Pharmacist Was Fast, Friendly, Professional & Took Time 2 Carefully  Explain My Pain Meds In Great Detail & Had a Wonderful  'Bed-Side' Manner-If I Could Say! Very Personal & Went The Extra Mile For Providing An Excellent Customer Service Experience  4 Me!

The pharmacist is pretentious and condescending. We had a prescription filled here per our doctor's recommendation. Since the doctor is friendly and personable we went with his referral. I'd never come back to this place, I'd rather be inconvenienced by waiting for a prescription to be filled at Walgreens. This man is lucky I was not trying to go to jail today. If you don't mind being treated like a nuisance, this is your place.

Very pleasant. The staff was helpful without hovering. They have a great product assortment. I will definitely come back and get my prescription filled here again.

I had just had a phlebotomy at Northwestern Hospital and left not realizing that I was bleeding from the site of the blood draw. As I was in a store in Water Tower, one of the salespersons in JJill directed me to this pharmacy. I was very lucky to have Pharmacist Mark be so helpful. Not only did he direct me to the supplies I needed, but he assisted me with the bandaging and could not have been more helpful or kinder about the whole situation. I was so glad he was there! Thank you, Mark for attending to my needs in such a helpful and considerate way!
