They were very nice and informative but after confirming we'd like to use Carnes over other options, they stopped communicating with me. I had to reach out each time to find out the status of the process and got very little information back. Ultimately I found out that after 4 days my case hadn't even been assigned to a case-worker yet. Disappointing because their prices are fair. I went with a different service that cost more but they communicated and handled the matter sensitively.

My brother passed recently and my sister and i had excellent service from Thaddeus Pratt.  He was caring and listened to what we wanted very happy with the outcome.

I lost my father on May 23rd, and these guys took care of my father in a way that was dignified. Being a member of the Uniformed service of the United States, I didn't make it in time to say goodbye. Carnes went above and beyond and allowed me to say goodbye to my father. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you all. You did my family a great honor, and I will never forget that. David W. Trying to leave a condolence online,website was so confusing when I try to submit it! Tried to send & this crazy logo with some kind of lines in the middle wouldn't send it.Please fix this very frustrating.
