When you are looking to buy in a low inventory, highly competitive market, like Cape Coral you need a very company. I was very lucky to have Carney Properties be my broker. John knows the market extremely well, has information and knowledge about new developments, and provides invaluable advice. 

Mike helped me throughout every step of the process: he identified properties I might be interested in, and steered me clear of properties that would not be a good fit (thank you for the honesty, Mike!), and he provided essential help and guidance through the bidding process.
Even after my offer was accepted, he kept a check on deadlines, followed up with the listing agent on a regular basis, and made sure all issues were addressed. Mike would always return my phone calls and emails right away. 
I am happy to say Carney Properties and Investment Group helped make a very stressful process much less so. Everything went smoothly thanks to Carney Homes and development they were all very nice  – a real pleasure to work with.

I spent 3 or 4 hours looking for model homes all over Cape Coral last saturday. I was very impressed by the realtor at Carney New home construction on Chiquita. They gave me great advice and the best areas to buy a lot in this current real estate market and why. I would refer anyone looking for a great builder in Cape Coral I would call Carney Construction. I think they have the best Model & Floor plan in Cape Coral, Florida.

Best real estate company in Cape coral! Couldn't be more content with my remodeled home. Very professional, fast paced, and great quality of work! Can't wait to show my friends my remodeled home. I recently reffered my parents to Carney Properties & Investment group and I could not be happier with the end results! Once again, thank you Carney Properties & Investment group for making my home beautiful once again! You guys are #1 in real estate!!!

Carney Construction Is the most reliable and qualified contractor I have used. Ive hired dozens of contractors and I go to Carney when I need a incredible, FIVE STAR work. Fast professional build out. I have been using Carney Properties and Construction for more then 5 years and plan to continue to use them.
