Fajitas were very good..   but need more peppers and onions to balance out.

The flour tortillas, however, were terrible..   and that detracted from the meal.   They said they were made there in the restaurant, but their (lack) of flavor was unlike anything I've experienced in my travels in Mexico.. 

Refried beans were good, as were the Pork Carnitas..  

Grilled chicken was flavorful, but overcooked and dry.. 

Our waiter was nice, but needs more training on preparing the table (silverware.. etc).. 

Lot of choices for Mexican food in Jerome and Twin Falls..   Need to step it up a bit with the service.
