It was five stars, then today happened. Don't use people with crappy attitudes for a telephone position. It makes the whole establishment look bad

Had a great buffalo chicken pizza today. Their hot sausage is the best.  Great place to eat. Workers are exceptional.

The website stated that the wings were $8.50 and then I got a bill for $13.00. When I called to ask why, the manager said that their prices flex all of the time because it depends on what they pay. I asked "so the website is wrong?" Her answer was yes! 
The salad I received had more lettuce than I have ever seen. 
On the other hand, the delivery driver was super nice!

Ordered a stromboli and it hardly had any cheese in it. Ordered a cheese steak hoagie and the lettuce was old as it was starting to brown and tasted bad. The cheese is 1 thing but the lettuce is another. My son usually devours pizza but not this time.

Terrible food and even worse service. Woman who took my order over the phone was rude and unprofessional. Not only did my food arrive cold and old, but 5 minutes after placing the order I tried to change it and she said I would have to pay for the previous meal and whatever I wanted to order again becuase my meal was already done.....pasta was done in 5 minutes? Regretfully I agreed to keep my order and asked how long since it wasn't disclosed before and she began to have an even bigger attitude stating "I've already told you 45- 1 hr. Fast forward an hour later I receive my food with a delivery driver who carried no change and a different total that was discussed I figure hey it's a few bucks it's late I'll let the guy go home and I'll call them and tell them they owe me change. She immediately gets even more disresctful and tells me to bring the food back if I have a problem with the change that was due.
