I've been a patient I Dr. Carolan's for over 5 years now. He's a great dentist, with a fantastic staff. They're patient with me, even though I have anxiety when visiting the dentist. Also, unlike other dentists I've seen in the past they don't try and talk you into unnecessary procedures. Dr. Carolan is gentle as well. The prices are fair. I drive from Downtown Detroit to come here. I love Carolan Family Dentistry!

Tried to schedule an appt. got a phone call back saying that I had an outstanding balance from 13 yrs ago. During the 2001 economy downturn. But yet they don't have records that say what it was for and that they only got a computer system in 2006. 

Really 13yrs and a little $100 balance and I can't be seen as a patient. 

I hope you all get bird flu. Hope the $100 write off is worth the $7k I was going to spend with your office.
