I left them.  I hate them.  Despise them.  Their customer service is the pits.  For just one example, call on the phone and wait through a menu of nine, count em, nine prompts before they list "all other inquiries, press 9."  Which...in my experience, is typical.  As a depositor, you're ninth, at best, on their priority list.  So glad to be rid of the experience of banking with them.
