This unit has the best Maternity ward.  I had 3 of my children here and they are just lovely.  The staff members are sweet caring wonderful people always making sure I'm comfortable and had wait I need. There is plenty of space for family visit and a pull down bed for one guest to sleep in. There is even a patio to sit and enjoy.  The best part is the whirlpool tub.

This is ridiculous. I took my husband with a back pain. We’ve been here for more than 5 hours and nothing. Finally, we left. What is the point to go to an ER ?,  EMERGENCY, meaning? You need assistance fast, right ? , well, this Is not an ER, is wait there until you drop dead.
I wish I could find a Hospital here that treats people with dignity and respect.

Death has to be better than waiting at this er! Go anywhere but here! As I'm writing this we have been waiting 7 1/2 hours. We haven't seen a doctor! We're still in the waiting area. The service when we finally see a doctor could be the best I have ever had and I would still give it one star.

Hi this is soccer girl that is going to college. I had fun getting surgery here. They treated me with care. I wanted free food but there was no free food. I tore my ACL and it hurt so I got surgery here. Don't worry it wasn't life threatening. The staff was nice and put priority over me instead of others. Thank god for this hospital. I would definitely tear my ACL again so I can visit this hospital. There was no wait for the surgery because of my scheduled surgery appointment. I love you Dr. O'Neil. 5/5 stars would recommend.

Worst care. I was not given a real meal by staff for more than 24 hours. Claimed they didn’t have anything to give me because I am a vegetarian. Are you kidding? No eggs, toast, pb&j, potatoes, pastas, grits, or other simple food? (All of which was available right downstairs in cafe of course) Luckily I had visitors who were able to help handle the getting me food situation but the lack of empathy or understanding or genuine care from nurses was unreal. A few good gems for sure but overall very poor staff. Was hard to find any unit where they weren’t sitting around talking or on their cell phones.
