I have never ever had a problem.... your being bitter i went for 20 yrs....DONT BELIEVE THESE STUPID COMMENTS.....GOT NOTHING BETTER then trash other people....go stir your cauldron. I love carousel....you speak out your ass.

I have been going to carousel for many years.
they are very friendly, efficient service, good prices.
Frank has done a remodeling of the interior and it looks great.

I had an appointment for 9am on sunday, which I confirmed in person on saturday. After waiting 20 minutes in the parking lot and calling the store number numerous times no one showed up for my appointment. I had a bridal shower to attend at noon luckily anothet local salon was willing to take me as a walk in otherwise my day would have been ruined. I would never recommend this place to anyone they are not reliable at all
