Completely satisfied with the service. As part of my rental agreement I had to have our apartment's carpets cleaned upon moving out - I'm glad we went local with Chem-Dry Express here in Robbinsville. We had the carpets in 3 rooms cleaned at a rate of $60 per room. Darryl was finished in about 80 minutes, and I was happy with his job well-done. I've attached a before and after of the main living area's carpet. As you can tell, we had an area rug covering part of the carpet for a year, and I was worried even the cleaning service wouldn't be able to make the unsightly rectangle disappear - Darryl said he'd try his best to make it clean so everything appeared uniform, and I believe the photos speak for themselves.
This is the first time I’ve used ChemDry Express and I was very pleased- easy to schedule, good follow up, fair pricing, and my carpets look great and are drying quickly! The serviceman was here for a solid 2 hours. A lot of care was taken to make sure the carpets were their cleanest. He even had me take a look in each room before he left to ensure he didn’t overlook anything. I am very happy with this company and their services!
From my initial phone call with Danielle, through the completion of the job executed by Darryl, dealing with Chem-Dry Express was a seamless transaction. Danielle was friendly, knowledgeable and very informative . This great customer service continued on the day of my appointment. Darryl was a pleasure to have working in my home. He was prompt, explained everything and did an exceptional job cleaning my carpets and the tile floors in 2.5 bathrooms. The carpets look and feel terrific !! The bathroom tiles look brand new! I highly recommend Chem-Dry Express!!!

Rob was very professional and flexible. He arrived on time at 8am, but I needed to drop my daughter off at daycare before he could begin. He was very understanding and patiently waited for my return to come in and begin his assessment. My carpets look great! I will definitely use this company again in the near future.
I spoke to the gals in the office twice and they were great both times. They made reminder calls and identified the window. Darrell was my technician, and he called as promised, an hour before he was coming. I had not used ChemDry in awhile and he patiently explained how the process had changed over the years. He also explained that the carpet would still be a bit darker, even after cleaning, in the high traffic areas. He was friendly and professional. I would recommend this service to my friends and family. Nice job.
Danielle, their scheduler, was professional, pleasant and timely in scheduling according to my needs. Daryl, their technician, was absolutely awesome! Not only did he ensure that everything was done professionally, but the place looked phenomenal when he was done doing several rooms in our house. I would most definitely recommend Chem-Dry Express, especially if Daryl was my technician again!
The best carpet and upholstery cleaning ever! Everything was fully explained and a work plan was developed. The carpets are spotless, even those with dog stains! There was great care with the large sectional sofa and it looks like new! Great technicians who were so careful that I was satisfied with the job. Well done! I will never use another service.
Contacted them about pet urine smell issues. I used the 15% off coupon from their website. They were professional and it was easy in scheduling them to come out.
