I would highly recommend this Carpet Mill Outlet store and want to share my experience with this store.  I am especially thankful for all the great help from the manager Mark.  We were in the process of adding a significant addition to our house and had ordered a very large roll of carpet for many rooms.  The carpet arrived and Mark held it in his storeroom for installation.  As is the case in many construction projects, ours did not go well and we had to rehire some subcontractors and the project went long (almost 9 months!).  I kept calling Mark and pushing off the installation date.  Mark was overly accommodating and assured us to not worry.  He said when we were ready for installation the carpet would be there.  He did not hesitate to add that he would hold the roll in his warehouse with no issues or concern.  When the time finally came for installation, he was right on it and sent the crew as promised with the roll of carpet (now 9 months in storage!) for installation.  They did a fantastic job in placement as well.  This carpet had a pattern and the joints are seamless throughout.  I can't say enough about the EXTREMELY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from MARK and his crew!  I recommend this location to anyone that asks!

Over the past 12 years, Mark has provided me with outstanding service!  He's very patient and understanding when it comes to us deciding which carpet to purchase, and has helped us tremendously when determining which style is best suited to our house. He provides regular updates and ETA's, as well as follow up calls to ensure that we are satisfied.  I have recommended him to many friends and know people who  go to his store, rather than a closer outlet store, just because of his outstanding customer service!

Often times when one decides to purchase a high dollar item, like carpet. You might get anxious. I went with my son to the Thornton store. Mark the manger, not only put him to ease but made the buying experience enjoyable. My son had no idea where to start so Mark asked him what he expected to spend
 Then took us to the isle where he would be comfortable. He gave my son plenty of time and offered a lot of knowledge. He was very professional and actually made it fun.

Great store! Mario is an amazing employee. He took the time to walk with me through the store and help me compare different carpets. The patience the this man has is beyond amazing and i appreciate everything he did to make my vist to this store nothing less than amazing. Thanks Mario
