Interesting comment from Al.  Rafie was my sales man 13 years ago in their Aspen Hill store.  I bought a floor with a lifetime warrenty that they won't honor (details on my review on their Facebook page).  Typical.  Hard to believe they have been in business this long.  Agree with Al - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

BEWARE of this company they are con-artists. What seems like a good deal on the surface will turn into a nightmare. By the time you have to pay to fix their mistakes you are going to spend so much more. You tell them what you want done and then they do what they want to do, which is no doubt cheaper (for them). Rafie Ansari above all is the stereotypical scumbag of a contractor and since he runs this place everyone loses. Rafie Ansari is a liar and a thief. Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY AND FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!
